打破国际巨头垄断 湖北成功开发喷墨染料新技术并正式投产
经湖北省发改委批准立项,由湖北海图特科技股份有限公司自行研制且拥有完全自主知识产权的喷墨染料生产线项目于2007年5月正式投产,为满足客户的需求, 2008年11月湖北海图特科技股份有限公司投入1000万元成功扩产。扩产后该项目设计年产色浆能力将达到1000吨以上,年产喷墨染料墨水3000吨以上,能够满足更多的客户需求。
该公司经过4年潜心研究,成功开发出了一项喷墨染料合成及纯化工艺-------即将染料改性技术与新的膜分离技术结合,生产出高纯度、高品质的打印机专用染料(该技术通过了湖北省科技厅组织的科技成果鉴定)。该产品性能稳定,各项技术指标达到国际先进水平。 “彩瑰”系列喷墨染料及墨水产品自上市以来即获得用户青睐。
据悉,该公司还将继续加大研发投入,力争在未来几年内建成全国最大的喷墨专用染料及颜料生产企业。

Approved by the Hubei Provincial Development and Reform Commission, the project of inkjet dyes production line self-developed and possessed independent intellectual property rights by Hubei High Output Technology Co., Ltd. formally put into production in May 2007. In order to meet customer demand, the company invested 10 million RMB and successful expanded in November 2008. After expansion the project design capacity will reach an annual output of dye colorants more than 1000 tons, annual output of 3,000 tons of dye-based ink-jet to meet more customer needs.
The company has developed an inkjet dye synthesis and purification process by combination of dye-modification and membrane separation technology after 4 years of painstaking research. The new technology is granted by the Department of Scientific and Technological of Hubei Province. The product performance is stable, and the technical indicators have reached international advanced level. "Colorful Rose" series inkjet dyes and inks are favored access to the user since entering the markets.
