Body camera footage appeared to show the man fired first, and police chief Medaria Arradondo said witnesses also said he fired first.Police said the man was a suspect in a felony and that he died in an exchange of gunfire, CBS Minnesota reports.The 27-second clip appeared to show police yelling  police hands up  before shots were fired.
