MILWAUKEE 鈥?Ahead of the Republican National Convention, people who live in downtown Milwaukee learned new details Thursday night about security, but some questions remain.At a community listening session at the Baird Center, with city leaders and representatives from the United States Secret Service attendees learned that residential locations would not be subject to the most restrictive security measures.The area in and around the RNC will be divided into two security two layers. The outer region, where people live, will require a comprehensive vehicle checkpoint but anyone can come and go.The i stanley spain nner area will be fenced off, only open to those attending the RNC, a business in the area, or working the event, and will require credentials or tickets.Officials have not sh stanley shop ared the exact perimeters between the outer and inner layers but the general impact ranges from N. 9th St from the west, to N. Water St on the east. It is bounded to the north by W. Cherry St. and W. Clybourn St. to the south.Attendees also asked about public safety, traffic, parking, and public transportation. 0 z; ?" y' v% Q5 G) Y HARTFORD 鈥?The Washington County Sheriff s Office says two people were injured after a small plane crash early Saturday near the Hartford Airport.Officials say they were notified at 11:22 a.m. that a plane crashed in a corn field west of High stanley canada way U and south of Arthur Road in the Town of Hartford. The area it crashed in is just west of the Hartford Municipal Airport.The plane carried two occupants, a man and a woman. It was determined that the man was a pilot receiving instruction/supervision from the woman, who is an instructor.The caller reported that the male was conscious after the crash and appeared to be in shock. The woman was unconscious. Both had to be extricated fro stanley vattenflaska m the plane.The male was taken to AMC Hartford via ambulance and then taken to Froedtert Hospital in Wauwatosa via Flight for Life.The female was taken to the Life Net hanger at the airport, and then to AMC Summit by the Life Net helicopter. Officials released an update Sunday announcing that she succumbed to her injuries. Officials say there is no update at this time regarding the condition of the stanley thermoskannen male.
