I was really happy with that because I shaved seven seconds off,  she says, by just swimming the longer race by pacing herself.        ARTICLE CONTINUES BELOW                                 In addition to her national records, Wagland also lowered her provincial-record times during her 100 m and 50 m backstroke races as well as her 50 m freestyle race.
