SD-PH007: 针式透明过滤器, 用于溶剂型墨水的过滤 .
SD-PH008: 针式黑色过滤器,用于UV光固化墨水的过滤.
   产品特性:外壳采用优质耐腐蚀的材料,内部高密度金属过滤网、即能能充分保证过滤精度、又能防止由于墨水流动不畅顺而造成喷头供墨不足,该泵设计精致小巧,安装方便,而且占空间小,经长期跟踪实验,能非常有效地减少喷头的堵塞率, 延长喷头寿命.
过滤精度: ≤30μm
压力范围: ≤4Bar
温度范围: ≤60℃(140℉)
颜    色: 透明色、黑色
使用需知:
     一次性过滤器,不可重复使用,注意定期更换.

SD-PH007: needle type translucent filter, for solvent inks
SD-PH008: needle type black filter, for UV-curable inks
Production feature:
The shell is made from corrosion resistant material.  There is a high-density metal screen. It can assure  filtering precision and enough ink for print heads.  This fitting is very workmanlike. It is easy to install the fitting and reduce space. According to long time  experiment, it can reduce the blocking rate of print  heads effectively and extend life of print heads.

Pressure: less than 4 Bar
Temperature: less than 60C (140F)
Color: transparent, black
Application note:
one-off filter, do not use repeatedly, pay attention to change the filter often.
